We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of any product. We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be fully accurate.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale. Payment must be received prior to order fulfillment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Strideline is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is detailed on our Returns page. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, graphics, text, product designs, and images — is the property of Strideline and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our express written permission. Licensed products sold on this Site featuring NFL, NCAA, MLS, MLBPA, NFLPA, or NBPA marks are used under license and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
8. User-Submitted Content
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to our Site, you grant Strideline a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute that content in any medium.
