Our Commitment
Strideline is committed to making strideline.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe the most comfortable sock on earth should be available to every customer, and that means a shopping experience that works with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and assistive technology of all kinds.
Conformance Standard
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility and explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities.
strideline.com is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively remediating those areas and this statement will be updated as that work is completed.
What We're Doing
Accessibility is an ongoing effort at Strideline, not a one-time project. Current measures include:
- Automated accessibility scans of the full site on a weekly basis to identify and prioritize issues.
- Manual review and remediation of the pages and templates flagged by those scans, including navigation, product pages, collection pages, cart, and checkout.
- Descriptive alternative text for product and content images, with an ongoing review of all image alt text across the catalog.
- An on-site accessibility widget that lets visitors adjust contrast, text size, spacing, cursor size, and animation, and that supports keyboard and screen-reader navigation.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, including our league and team menus, so the entire site can be browsed without a mouse.
- Accessibility review as part of our process for new pages, templates, and site features.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content on strideline.com may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of the following and are working to address them:
- Third-party content and embeds. Some features on our site, such as product reviews, sign-up forms, and embedded video, are provided by third-party services. We work with these vendors to improve accessibility, but we do not control their code.
- Older content. Some legacy pages and images may not yet have complete alternative text or fully consistent heading structure. These are being reviewed and corrected.
- PDF and downloadable files. Some downloadable documents may not be fully accessible. Please contact us if you need any of this content in an alternative format.

Compatibility
strideline.com is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with common screen readers including VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. Some features may not work as intended on older browsers or unsupported assistive technology.
Technical Specifications
Accessibility of strideline.com relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript.
